ABOUT 2B
Since opening our doors in 2000, we’ve worked nonstop with the nation’s top trade and professional associations, nonprofits, and businesses to achieve new levels of engagement, impact, and excellence. Our team of experts deliver top-shelf consulting and services in areas that have proven to be critical to our clients’ success: board leadership, research, strategic planning and implementation, branding and communications.
Our passion is helping organizations grow and thrive.
We are frequently called on to handle a diverse mix of projects, many of which require sensitivity to the nuances of particular audiences from conception through execution. Our work has raised attention, awareness and support for such issues as the environment, mental health and healthcare, restorative justice, education, social services, the arts and civic engagement.
WHO WE HEAR FROM
We’ve guided organizations through good times and tough times.
CEOs and Executive Directors
who are seeking advice about what to do, what course changes are needed, and how to evaluate and choose the best options.
Board of Directors
who must shift and make decisions in uncharted territory.
Communications, Development, and Program Staff
who are charged with helping their organizations innovate and evolve.
For some organizations, our work together is game-changing. For others, we help identify and implement strategic adjustments that make meaningful differences.
